Here’s an excellent property that loaded with deer sign. Recently while driving a loop in this area I saw over 30 deer in just a short 1.5 mile drive or so a good couple hours before dark too. I know the last 30-40 minutes of daylight the fields near here had to have lots more closer to prime time. The property would be excellent for deer, bear and some grouse. It would also be an excellent spot to build a home, cabin or bring in a camper!! The property is made up of mostly jackpine with some aspen areas mixed in and a small pocket of black spruce. There is a trail that runs through part of the property along the south and up towards the center area that could be opened up better in very little time and expanded on creating a very nice trail system in short time. The location of this property is ideal being located very near lots of great lakes!! Loon Lake public boat access is just a little over a half mile away!! Also nearby is Whiteface Reservoir and many other lakes nearby.
