This is an excellent property that’s absolutely loaded with deer sign!! The property is a mix of Jackpine and aspen mostly. The property has mostly higher and drier ground with a mix of some lower ground in a couple areas. The edges on this one of the high and low ground had excellent trails from the deer. While walking the property and doing the drone work I saw deer both on foot and also with the drone as it was coming out of the property crossing the road. There is a nice high area along the gravel for someone to build a cabin, home or bring in a camper. The key to the deer numbers being so good on this property is it’s location with fields to the north, west and south. The property has a logging trail that goes through a good portion of the property that could be cleared up again pretty easy. The location is also great being right down the road from the Loon Lake public boat access as well as Whiteface Reservoir and many other lakes. Excellent property and location!!
