This is a very nice wooded lot that could serve multiple purposes. Of course building a nice home on the land is probably the best use for the property with nice tarred access and a close commute to DL, Perham and even the FM area. However if you are looking for the right tract of land to bow hunt on and use as base camp don't sleep on this property. It was loaded with big buck sign consisting of rubs and scrapes and the deer clearly travel this property by evidence of the heavy trails. It's close to some very good public land hunting making this a nice property to call base camp. Whether you are looking to build or hunt this one is worth checking out.
