This property is just all around awesome! The property is mostly high ground with excellent age class of timber! There are excellent spots where someone could potentially build that dream home or cabin. The property has frontage on County HWY 100 as well as Road 50 with power running along both roads. The property is absolutely loaded with deer sign!! While walking the property I don’t think at any point in time I was standing somewhere without seeing deer tracks, trails or deer beds. It was evident there was quite a few deer using the property and the area. The two things that seemed they liked about the property was the heavy thermal bedding cover as well as the old man’s beard/lichens on a bunch of the spruce trees. They seemed to be really feeding on that. Getting back to the land due to the age and type of the timber it allowed for excellent privacy. The topography is slightly rolling with a nice sloping hill over in the western portion of the property with an old trail along it.
